Bin Impact is the go-to resource for residents to help them understand what does go in the blue bin, like containers, packaging, and printed paper, and what does not. That’s it. Bin Impact is an initiative of Éco Entreprises Québec, the private non-profit organization that manages the recycling system throughout Quebec.

RECYC-QUÉBEC, a Crown corporation owned by the Government of Québec, plays a broader role in the responsible management of residual materials. It supports the public and organizations in reducing, reusing, recycling and recovering materials, with a view to promoting a circular economy and fighting climate change.
